I want to offer all of you a very sincere and heartfelt, “Thank you,” for your partnership in our Amtelco family. Thanks to you and our dedicated employees, 2021 ended as the best year we have ever had in our 45 years.
The call center industry continued to boom during 2021 and has no signs of slowing. We have seen yet again the important work call center professionals perform to keep business and hospital communications flowing. Call centers all over the world continue to be the hub of information, whether it is dispatching an HVAC message to the on-call, or a healthcare organization conveying the latest updates about the pandemic.
Reliable communication is crucial. We are honored that our hospital and TAS customers trust us for their call center software needs. Our Intelligent Messaging scripts were especially useful again this year, because they are easy to edit and guide agents through each call with up-to-date data to provide the latest information. Web-based communication options continued to be a popular option for remote operators, and we assisted our customers with running their call centers in a virtual server environment or in the cloud.
It was a busy year. We celebrated Amtelco’s 45th anniversary as well as the 10th anniversary of our secure messaging app. Business continued with Genesis implementations, the addition of new customer sites, remote customer training, and product demonstrations. We attended in-person industry conferences, enjoyed in-depth participation with our customer associations NAEO and TUNe, and held our annual Leadership and Training Seminar.
Amtelco continued to grow in 2021. We added many new positions to our Contracted Services, Implementation, Project Management, and Customer Support teams. This year, Amtelco was also recognized as a top employer in the Madison, Wisconsin area by being awarded a Top Workplaces honor by Wisconsin State Journal.
All of us at Amtelco are ready for 2022, which promises to be a year of new software versions, improved analytics, integrations, hosted services, artificial intelligence, API’s, web-based communication, partnerships, and additional apps!
