If you’re looking for a way to locate messages based on what was entered in a message script, the Keyword Search on the Intelligent Series (IS) Call Log makes this both fast and easy.
Saving Your Keywords
To use Keyword Search, first add your keywords with the Save Keyword script element. You can save multiple keywords for any words you may need to search for, such as:
- Patient name
- Caller name
- Physician name
- Department
- Diagnosis
- Procedure
- Type of injury
Using Keyword Search
To find messages with keywords, use the Advanced Search in the IS Call Log. Enter the text to search for in the Message Keywords field. You can narrow your search by using additional search parameters, such as agent, start and end times, and client number. The results show any messages with that keyword. Search results can also include archived and transcribed messages.
